For customers that have paid full price for our service without any discount, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of WhaTech monthly membership. Please let us know via webmaster@whatech.com within 30 days and we will refund you 100% of your last payment minus our payment gateway refund fee.

Refunds only available on monthly memberships, annual membership is not eligible.  

We will cancel your paid membership and your membership will be downgraded to Free.

You will receive a refund via your chosen payment method minus any refund costs incurred by WhaTech.

For example, if you have paid $29 for a WhaTech pro 30 day membership and you choose to cancel refund you $29 minus refund fee ($2.00 for paypal) Total refund = $27.00
