Our Policies, Requirements and Request for Boarding and Day Care

Vaccination Requirements
In order to protect your family member and others staying with us, we do require the following vaccinations. A copy of your vaccination record is required and must be verified by Veterinary documentation. You may either fax a copy to us at [925] 679-8029 or bring it with you when your dropping off. If you have questions, please feel free to ask questions. We are always happy to discuss any questions.
DHLPP/DHPP [every 12 months or 3 years]
Distemper-Hepatitis-Leptospirosis-Parainfluenza
Rabies [every 12 months or 3 years]
Bordetella [6months/12months]
When entering our facility your family member must also be free of fleas and ticks. If they have fleas or ticks we will provide a bath which will be added to your bill.

Informational Sheet
We will require you to complete out informational sheet regarding your family member which will help use provide them with excellent care while staying with us.

Request
In order to make your family members stay as pleasant as possible bring along either their bed, blanket, crate which will be placed on top of our beds. We would also like you to bring something with your smell on it so they do not fell left or abandoned.
A favorite toy can also be brought as that will stay in their kennel and we will play with it in the play yard with them and return it to their kennel when done.
We provide treats but if they have something special please bring along if you would like.
We feed Pedigree in the kennel if that food is ok for your family member than there is no need to bring food. We will change an additional one time charge of $3.00 at the end of stay for food.
