Each Member is responsible for the content they post.
All content posted by the member is copyright of that member, however once posted content remains live at WhaTech's digression. WhaTech checks and sometimes edits content before it is published and reserves the right to remove or modify your content at any time without notice.
However, we take no responsibility for accuracy or originality of member posted content.
We do not publish hurtful, hate or articles that promote illegal activities such as DRM removal. Nor do we publish articles that promote the breaking of other organisations terms of service such as iPhone unlocking.
Please ensure that your news is written in contemporary English, avoiding grammatical and spelling errors.
The formatting of your article should conform to standard sentences, dot points, headings, and paragraphs.
STICK TO NEWS:
Your posts should be news.
The news is easy to spot, it tells you something that has happened. You should not be attempting to promote your service as the main topic of your news.
You should tell your news and let readers decide if they want to find out about your service.
News should present facts and include the Who, What, Why, How.
MAKE SURE YOU OWN YOUR NEWS:
Please don’t copy-paste somebody else's writing, or attempt a poor quality rip off using a few synonyms. It’s not nice, and it will not help you. Only original news engages our audience.
CATEGORISE YOUR NEWS:
Members of WhaTech should do their best to categorise content only under the category that is relevant to the content. It helps our readers, and it helps you.
DO NOT REGISTER FOR ADDITIONAL TRIALS USING DIFFERENT EMAILS IN AN ATTEMPT TO EXTEND YOUR FREE TRIAL.
We worked this one out years ago so you can stop patting yourself on the back. We have the technology to detect any attempt to abuse the system. We will not hesitate to ban you and remove your content should we identify something we consider abuse.
In most cases, you should only submit news for your company. If the domain name in your email address is different from the domain name in any links, you may have in your article your news may not be published.
Once a free trial has ended (usually 30 days) the links on your articles will be redirected to a form, unless they are activated with a paid membership.
Special note for market research resellers:
- News posted on behalf of "gateway" sites is not accepted.
- Article quota is to be used in the month of your membership, quota doesn't roll over or accumulate.
IDENTITY
YOUR MEMBERSHIP
A paid membership keeps your links live and verifies your company listing. Once your trial or paid membership has expired the links on your articles are automatically deactivated.
PUBLICATION TIMING
Articles are published to WhaTech in the order that they are submitted. We are generally able to publish your articles within 24 hours of their submission. This is not a guarantee because circumstances can change. We also prefer to publish early in the week.
REFUNDS AND GUARANTEE
Refunds only available on monthly memberships, annual membership is not eligible.

GENERAL TERMS

The use of WhaTech is at “your own risk.” The service is offered “as is” and WhaTech makes no guarantees concerning the availability or “uptime” of the service.

WhaTech is not liable for any direct or indirect damages to users of WhaTech as a result of using the service in any way.

You shall not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the WhaTech software platform in any way.
